- Vss. 24-25; 1:31: The Marriage of Adam and Eve
Therefore: Whenever you have a therefore you need to find out what it is there for. This means on account of, since, because of this.
Matthew 19:4-6: He answered, “Have you not read that he who created them from the beginning (No evolution) made them male and female, and said, ‘Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’? So they are no longer two but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let not man separate.”
“As I looked around, that which was available was not attainable. That which was attainable was not desirable. I desired to live not having what I want than living not wanting what I have.”
Cleave–Hebrew is dâvaq meaning adhere, cling, be joined, hold fast, stick.

1 Corinthians 6:16; Or do you not know that he who is joined to a prostitute becomes one body with her? For, as it is written, “The two will become one flesh.”
The Hebrew word for man is “ish”– meaning male person or husband
The Hebrew word for woman is “ishah”- meaning woman or wife
Ish— olif, yode and shin
Ishah— olif, shin and hay
The two letters that are unique, for the woman it is hay and for the man it is yode. Yode and Hay happens to be the abbreviation for the name of God. YHVH . (Yode Hay Vav Hay)
Romans 1:24-27: says; Therefore God gave them up in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, to the dishonoring of their bodies among themselves, because they exchanged the truth about God for a lie and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever! Amen. For this reason God gave them up to dishonorable passions. For their women exchanged natural relations for those that are contrary to nature; and the men likewise gave up natural relations with women and were consumed with passion for one another, men committing shameless acts with men and receiving in themselves the due penalty for their error.
Hebrew 13:4: Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled, for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterous.
Ephesians 5:25-33: Husbands, love your wives, as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her, that he might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word, so that he might present the church to himself in splendor, without spot or wrinkle or any such thing, that she might be holy and without blemish. In the same way husbands should love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself. For no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as Christ does the church, because we are members of his body. “Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh.” This mystery is profound, and I am saying that it refers to Christ and the church. However, let each one of you love his wife as himself, and let the wife see that she respects her husband.
Revelation 19:7-8: Let us rejoice and exult and give him the glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and his Bride has made herself ready; it was granted her to clothe herself with fine linen, bright and pure”— for the fine linen is the righteous deeds of the saints.
