I. Vss. 1-2: The Sons of God and The Daughters of Men:

sons of God is Bene Elohim always refers to angels in the Old Testament
Job 1:6 says: Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan also came among them.
Job 2:1 also; Again there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan also came among them to present himself before the LORD.
Job 38:7: when the morning stars sang together and all the sons of God shouted for joy?
Bar Elohim is used in Daniel:
Daniel 3:25: He answered and said, “But I see four men unbound, walking in the midst of the fire, and they are not hurt; and the appearance of the fourth is like a son of the gods.”
The word wife is the Hebrew word “ishah.” This is commonly used to mean “woman.”
Genesis 34:2: And when Shechem the son of Hamor the Hivite, the prince of the land, saw her, he seized her and lay with her and humiliated her.
Matthew 22:30 says; For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are like angels in heaven.
Genesis 18:2: He lifted up his eyes and looked, and behold, three men were standing in front of him. When he saw them, he ran from the tent door to meet them and bowed himself to the earth.
Genesis 18:8: Then he took curds and milk and the calf that he had prepared, and set it before them. And he stood by them under the tree while they ate.
Hebrews 13:12: it says; Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.
Jude 1:6-7 says: And the angels who did not stay within their own position of authority, but left their proper dwelling, he has kept in eternal chains under gloomy darkness until the judgment of the great day. just as Sodom and Gomorrah and the surrounding cities, which likewise indulged in sexual immorality and pursued unnatural desire, serve as an example by undergoing a punishment of eternal fire.

II. Vss. 3-4: God’s Response to This Great Wickedness:
Nephilim — “Fallen Ones; Giants”
(Genesis 14:5-6; Deuteronomy 2:10-12; 2 Samuel 21:15-22).
The giant, was apparently unearthed in County Antrim, Ireland, and found to be 12ft 2in high. Its girth of chest was 6ft 6in, and length of arms 4ft 6in. There are six toes on the right foot. This skeleton was on display in exhibitions in Dublin, Liverpool and Manchester. What later happened to the giant and its owner is unknown.
